RESORT REGULATIONS
1. Access to Berga Resort
It is reserved for the occupants of the accommodations and campers, any other person must ask at reception for the entry permit, the management reserves the right of admission. The owner will be responsible for any acts attributable to them and their companions. Those people whose behavior disturbs the peace and harmony of the rest of the campers or these regulations, may be expelled. Parents or legal guardians are solely ultimately responsible for their children on campus.
2. Registration
The client will formalise the registration procedures at the Reception at the time of arrival and must expressly mention all the items subject to payment that they are going to bring into the premises. Any variation of these concepts must be communicated immediately. All members must register at reception to give them the identification bracelet that they will have to wear visibly throughout their stay.
3. Payment
Payment for the stay will be made on arrival. In case of leaving before the end of the reservation, there will be no refund.
4. Location
The reception reserves the right to indicate to the user the accommodation or pitch to be used during their stay on the premises.
5. Departures
Departure from the accommodations is at 11 am and from the pitches at 12 noon, leaving it clean and tidy. Otherwise, the corresponding overnight stay will be paid.
6. Visitors
Berga Resort allows visitors to be received without staying overnight with the purchase of the DAYPASS, which can be purchased online on our website. For security reasons, visitors will first have to go through Reception, together with the owner of the accommodation, to register, by means of identification with their ID card or passport. They will be placed with an identification bracelet, which is personal and non-transferable (which they will have to wear visibly during their stay in the venue).
7. Rest and silence
From 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., televisions and musical devices will be allowed at an appropriate volume, except for rest hours. Management may prohibit its use if it deems it appropriate. Hours of rest: from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 10 pm to 12 pm. During rest hours and in the interest of those who wish to rest, please reduce the use of vehicles, reduce the volume of music and TV sets, etc. Turn off the exterior lights as well as circulate through the streets in silence. Hours of silence: from 24h to 8h. During these hours and for the benefit of all, there must be absolute silence and the circulation of vehicles will not be allowed. Likewise, and to avoid inconvenience to the neighbors, it is not allowed to use the sinks. Exceptions: on June 23 and August 14 the hour of silence will begin at 1 a.m. in the beach bar area. Amphitheatre: The quiet hours on Saturdays in summer are from 1 am to 8 am, except on 23 June and 14 August from 2 am to 8 am. Berga Resort reserves the right to reduce or extend these hours as it sees fit.
8. Vehicles and barriers
Barriers open from 8 am to 12 pm. Outside these hours, access and circulation of vehicles inside the venue is prohibited. Maximum speed: 10 km/h. Parking is only allowed in the general car park.
9. Accommodations
It is necessary to close the door and windows when the heating or air conditioning is running. You have to leave the accommodation as you found it (clean dishes, throw away the garbage, etc.)
10. Pitches
The placement of any type of awning, stones, wood, etc. is prohibited. As well as tying ropes or installing lighting fixtures between trees. Please keep the plot tidy and in good image condition.
11. Bicycles and scooters
It is totally forbidden to circulate in a dangerous or competitive way, as well as its use after the opening of the street lights. Unnecessary use as hoverboards and all types of electric scooters and electric toys is prohibited.
12. Barbecues
Its use is allowed in the same location between 1 pm and 4 pm, and from 8 pm to 11 pm. And when the weather conditions allow it. Check that the embers and ashes are well extinguished before throwing them into the container. It is strictly forbidden to light open fires in the premises and surroundings.
13. Pets
They are allowed upon prior registration. It is forbidden to enter the indoor facilities and sports areas of Berga Resort. It is necessary to have them tied up and controlled at all times. According to the law on pets, they will be duly identified and will have to have civil liability insurance, the health certificate and the model of veterinary certificate or passport according to their species. Animals that represent a danger or nuisance to others are not allowed.
14. Swimming Pool / Splash Park
To access, you must show the identification bracelet that is personal and non-transferable (in heated indoor pools you must make an appointment in advance). Children under 11 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised at all times inside the glass of water by an adult. It is mandatory to respect the instructions of authorized personnel and lifeguards. For safety and hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to shower before entering the pool. It will be totally forbidden to eat, drink, smoke, the use of flotation material (inflatables, balls, churros, etc.), musical devices, umbrellas, sun loungers and access to the bathing area with street shoes. Jumping or diving headfirst is not allowed. Access to the water glass is through the enabled areas. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory in indoor heated pools.
15. Animation
Access to the animation is free. Berga Resort is therefore not responsible for the control of children. Each activity is aimed at a specific audience, it is always necessary to respect this indication.
16. Playground
For the exclusive use of children between 3 and 7 years old, who will have to be accompanied by an adult. This area has no surveillance. Berga Resort declines all responsibility and this falls on the parents/guardians, who will be responsible for the safety of their children
17. Laundry
Self-service washing machines and dryers are available. The user is responsible for any damage, fading or other damage that the clothing may suffer. Management is not responsible.
18. The Forest
The 1-hectare forest is freely accessible for walking or sports. This area has no surveillance. Berga Resort declines all responsibility and this falls on the users, parents, guardians, etc. who will be responsible for their own safety and that of their children. Children under 12 years of age will have to be accompanied by an adult. Be very careful, any small gesture can cause a fire that would affect us all. It is strictly forbidden to light fires and throw cigarettes or garbage inside the entire enclosure.
19. Timetables
The management reserves the right to modify schedules during the season, as well as to proceed with the closure of facilities without prior notice.
20. WiFi Connectivity
Berga Resort guarantees 80% WiFi coverage inside the premises and facilities.
21. Sports Center
The minimum age to access the Fitness Room or the Guided Classes is 14 years old. The changing rooms of the social area are open to Berga Resort guests, the changing rooms of the Wellness Area have restricted access to those who use the gym, attend the supervised classes or the heated indoor pools.
22. Water circuit
Time is booked with attraction. For safety and hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to shower before entering the glass of water. The use of a bathing cap is mandatory. Behavior should be respectful and silent at all times. The use of mobile phones is not allowed.
