Each bungalow has a maximum capacity that can only be exceeded with 2 year old baby or younger. In other cases, the established maximum capacity may not be exceeded. 

Pets are allowed to enter to most bungalows by paying the corresponding supplement. In the event that a certain accommodation is not allowed to be accessed with a pet, it will be specified before making the reservation.

The hour to leave the bungalows it's at 11:00 hours in the morning, however you can leave after that (LATE CHECK OUT) subject to availability and paying a supplement that varies according to the season.

Our coffe machines aren't compatible with commercial brands of coffee pods. In the accommodation you will find courtesy capsules, in case you need more you can buy them from the vending machines located in the social area.

You can enjoy our facillities from the first moment of your arrival. The maximum hour to enter our lodgements is at 16:00 in the afternoon, however there is the posibility of entering before (EARLY CHECK IN) paying the determined supplement.

It is possible to book two lodgement together, whenever it is specified in the comments section of the reservation form or they communicate it to us by calling at 93 821 12 50. Although we never confirm it 100%.

We never confirm a specific number of lodgement until the moment when you make the check in. However if you have any petition you can can communicate through the reservation form or by calling us or via email and we will try to accomplish it whenever it is posible.

The forest of Berga Resort is an area for our customers, in which they will be able to enjoy 10 acres for walking, sports or pets. This area is unattended and it is strictly forbidden to turn on any of it kind fire or throw waste and cigarettes.

Les parcel·les no disposen de barbacoa, pero hom pot portar la seva propia barbacoa i utilitzar-la respectant sempre els horaris establerts i les mesures de seguretat corresponents.

Totes les parcel·les disposen d’arbres que donen una ombra proporcional a la seva envergadura, no obstant s’ha de tenir en compte que durant els mesos de tardor i hivern aquests arbres no disposen de fulles. Tenim parcel·les amb difrents tipus de superfícies (sorra, terra, gespa artificial, grava) però a causa de les condicions meteorològiques no podem disposar de parcel·les amb gespa natural.

La capacitat màxima de les nostres parcel·les està limitada a una unitat d’acampada i a 5 persones com a màxim pel que fa als passants i a una unitat familiar (Pares, Avis i Fills) pel que fa als clients de temporada.

La mida mitjana de les nostres parcel·les és de 70m2 per les parcel·les Standard i Plus. Les Parce·les Luxe són més grans, arribant fins als 90m2 de mitjana. Aquestes mesures poden variar en funció de la parcel·la i de les seves característiques.

No es serveix esmorzar als bungalows, però es pot esmorzar al restaurant del Resort a partir del seu horari d’obertura. A més a més els bungalows estan totalment equipats amb cafetera, torradora, microones, etc. Això els hi permetrà preparar-se un bon esmorzar dins el mateix bungalow.

Tant el supermercat com el restaurant us poden servis, entrepans, broixeria i altres.

Al restaurant del Resort hi podem trobar opcions vegetarianes i veganes. A més a més també disposa d’informació sobre al·lèrgens i opcions sense gluten.

Dins el Resort podrem trobar el servei TAKE AWAY, on es serveixen pizzes i pollastres a l’ast per emportar. En aquest mateix establiment també podreu demanar tots els plats del Restaurant i us els podreu endur al vostre allotjament sense cap problema.

Dins el Resort hi ha un supermercat gestionat per Grup Llobet, en ell podreu trobar gran quantitat de productes frescos (fruita, carn, peix, etc.) així com tot tipus de productes de primera necessitat, també disposa de forn de pà i de begudes fredes.

Les instal·lacions de Berga Resort es poden utilitzar sense estar alltojats sempre que es respecti l’aforament màxim de l’establiment i s’aboni el preu de l’entrada en funció del dia de la setmana i de la temporada en la qual es vulgui accedir.

Al resort hi ha diversos pàrquins cada un destinat a un tipus de client determinat. Els clients d’allotjaments tenen un pàrquing reservat d’ús idividual per cada allotjament. Els clients de parcel·la han d’aparcar als pàrquins corresponents que tenen assignats dins del recinte. Els visitants o els clients amb entrades puntuals hauràn d’aparcar al pàrquin exterior públic.

Dins el Resort no es pot accedir ni circular amb vehicles des de les 0:00 h de la nit fins a les 8:00 hores del matí, durant aquestes hores les barreres estaran tancades, tot i que es pot accedir a peu mitjançant l’acreditació corresponent. Durant la resta del dia es pot accedir amb vehicle previ registre a recepció o bé a peu també mitjançant l’acreditació corresponent.

Berga Resort disposa de WiFi gratuït a gran part del recinte amb una cobertura aproximada del 80%. A la seva arribada se li proporcionarà la constrasenya per poder-se connectar i fer ús il·limitat de la connexió.
